Cancellation

If the tenant terminates the contract prematurely without naming a new tenant who will fulfil this contract on the same conditions, the following costs are to be paid as compensation.

Cancellation before commencement of tenancy
– up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10 % of the rental price
– up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
– up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60 % of the rental price
– up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90 % of the rental price
– later than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100 % of the rental price

At the same time, the landlord is trying to find a new tenant.
Cancellation must be made in writing; the date of delivery of the cancellation to the landlord is decisive. If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, the entire rental price must be paid.
